Duncan is a seasoned payments leader with over 30 years of international experience spanning corporate banking, real-time payments, data analytics, and card-based mobility solutions. His career has taken him from Australia to Europe, supporting major financial institutions, government entities, and commercial players in navigating the evolving payments landscape.
He has held senior roles at Commonwealth Bank, NatWest Group, J.P. Morgan, Bank of America, Mastercard and Visa, developing expertise across corporate cash management, small business banking, public sector payments, and employee benefit platforms. More recently, Duncan has focused on product innovation in the fleet and mobility sector, where he brings a sharp understanding of the opportunities created by full ‘on-the-road’ multi-scheme cards.
At PHC Mobility, Duncan leads the payments infrastructure domain, aligning legacy systems, card rails, and platform capabilities with the demands of open-loop mobility. His deep knowledge of scheme rules, transaction processing, and cross-border interoperability helps bridge the gap between strategic ambition and technical execution.
